Schedule My Bridal Appointment

  • Yes! We are an appointment-only boutique, which means your stylist is focused entirely on you during your visit. Walk-ins are welcome to browse the space, but trying on gowns requires a scheduled appointment. Book online here or call us at 636-294-9299.

  • You can’t order your wedding dress too early, only too late. We recommend beginning your search at least 9–12 months before your wedding date. Most designer gowns take 4–6 months to produce after ordering, plus you'll want 3-4months for alterations. If your timeline is shorter — say, 1–4 months out — our Attic collection offers designer gowns you can purchase off the rack and take home the same day. A win-win!

  • Your bridal appointment lasts 90 minutes. Be ready to try on gowns. It helps to have an idea of the style you like. Your bridal consultant will ask some questions to begin.

    Please arrive on time so we can give each bride full attention.

    Bring any undergarments you plan to wear on your wedding day (underwear required) to get the best fit and look.

  • We're a small boutique, so we can't easily host groups larger than five (5). If you have a big party, a weeknight appointment works best. Remember: choosing your wedding dress is your decision—large groups can make it hard to form your own opinion.

  • Our main wedding dress collection generally ranges from approximately $1,400 to $2,800. Gowns in The Attic start at $799. We're committed to helping every bride find a beautiful gown that fits her budget, and our bridal stylists are very sensitive to staying in your price range.

  • Congratulations on finding your wedding dress! We’ll measure you in-store and order the gown to match those measurements as closely as possible. Most gowns still need alterations when they arrive — these tailorings make the dress fit you perfectly and are not included in the dress price.

    A 50% deposit is due when you order; the remaining 50% is due when the dress arrives. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and cash.

    All bridal gowns are final sale, so we cannot accept returns. Please be certain before you buy.

    While you wait a few months for your dress to arrive, use the time to choose accessories like shoes, veils, and hair pieces. This is also a great time to research bridal seamstresses (we have a list) and schedule your appointment with alterations. We’ll call you as soon as your gown is in the store.

  • We don't do in-store bridal alterations. We can recommend trusted seamstresses in the St. Charles and St. Louis areas who have years of bridal experience. You'll love them — they’re like our personal magicians and are excited to help with your gown.

  • Both stores are owned by the same family and share the same values — personalized service, no pressure, and a genuine love of helping brides. But they're distinctly different experiences. Cleo Bridal in O'Fallon has a French country farmhouse aesthetic and a slightly more affordable price point - average $1700. White Traditions Bridal House in St. Charles has old world charm with a higher-end designer lineup - average $2800.   • The Attic is our in-store designer sample sale — available every day we're open. It features a rotating collection of designer wedding gowns available for immediate, off-the-rack purchase starting at $799. It's perfect for brides on a budget or a tight timeline.   • We carry sample gowns from size 10 through size 28. We believe every bride should be able to truly try on the styles she loves, which is why we invest in an inclusive size range in our wedding dress sample collection.

  • We're at 103 Civic Park Drive in O'Fallon, Missouri 63366. We're about 30 minutes from downtown St. Louis and 15 minutes from St. Charles.
